Ideas for Places to Go for a Few Nights Break

Cumbria is always popular for a short break at any time of year. Walkers tend to be hardy types. A Friday change day means that you can book a long weekend at any time of the year in the spacious Fell House in Sedbergh, Cumbria (sleeps up to 14). Alternatively if your "party" is a lot smaller, either a couple or a small family, you can choose a good value long weekend break in The Flat at Fell House. Good walking, pubs and all essentials on your doorstep.York has its own special attractions with the walled city and the 'Shambles' with its quaint olde worlde shoppes. It's a great place for a weekend away with loads to see and do.

Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford and Bath are also good for interesting city trips. Self-catering cottages, just for 2, with whirlpool bath - close to the city of Bath. Nestled in peaceful countryside surroundings Coombe Barn holiday cottages are only ten minutes from the centre of Bath.
