Outside the property there is an enclosed patio area complete with garden furniture.  Parking is available for one car.  To get your stay off to the best of starts guests are provided with a small welcome pack of groceries on arrival.  A stay here could appeal to those looking to book a rural retreat stay in a quiet, peaceful part of Cornwall, just seven miles from Bodmin and eight miles from the pretty estuary town of Fowey.
