The cottage further includes a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an inviting wood burner. The front garden offers outdoor space and is supplied with furniture and a BBQ. There is designated off road parking for 3 cars.

With the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and The Forest of Bowland all within easy reach, every day of your holiday can be spent amongst different amazing scenery. The cottage has efficient gas central heating with additional heating from a woodburning stove in the sitting room.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washer/dryer in ground floor WC. TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. Cot and highchair on request. There is private parking space for 3 cars. Front lawned garden with furniture and barbecue.

One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Farm shop 1 mile, pubs and shops in Kirkby Lonsdale 3 miles.
