• Open plan living area with a comfy lounge with 50” TV and Sky TV, and spacious well-equipped kitchen diner. The kitchen is equipped with 2 microwaves, 2 ovens, a 6 burner gas hob, a dishwasher, 2 freezers, 2 fridges, and a washing machine,

• 4 comfortable bedrooms, made up with Egyptian cotton linen and each with a memory foam mattress.

• There is a family bathroom and 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, laid out as follows: o A bedroom with 4 single beds, and an en-suite wetroom, o Twin bedroom with en=suite shower room, o Bedroom with a king-size bed,

• Upstairs is the fourth bedroom; a king-sized bedroom with en-suite facilities.
