There is plenty of sociable living space at Duvale Barn.  Inside, there is one large sociable lounge for gathering altogether, plus two additional cosy lounges, a large dining area seating up to 42 people (ideal for special celebrations), plus ample kitchen space.  Also at Duvale Barn is a games room with pool table, a bubbly outdoor hot tub for relaxing soaks, a large garden with sociable BBQ area, and an outdoor table tennis table for fun and games.  Whether for a break with extended family, or a getaway with friends, Duvale Barn is sure to impress.

The property is pet-friendly and up to 3 pet dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Aside from the sociable living spaces at Duvale Barn, five separate staircases are found throughout this large and welcoming holiday home, which lead to the private bedrooms and bathrooms.

Staircase 1

Head up staircase 1 and there are 4 bedrooms and bathrooms comprising;

• Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with a double bed plus 3 single beds and an ensuite bathroom,

• Bedroom 2: Another spacious bedroom with one double bed plus 2 single beds and an ensuite shower room,

• Bedroom 3: A spacious bedroom with a double bed plus 3 single beds, and an ensuite shower room.

• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.

Staircase 2

• Bedroom 5: Comfy twin bedroom,

• Bedroom 6: A comfortable bedroom with one double bed and one single bed,

• Bedroom 7: A further twin bedroom,

• Bedroom 8: Spacious bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, plus ensuite shower room.

• Family bathroom on the landing.

Staircase 3

• Bedroom 9: A double bedroom,

• Bedroom 10: A twin bedroom,

• Bedroom 11: Twin bedroom.

• Bedroom 12: Ground floor double bedroom,

• Shower room with WC on the landing.  There are an additional 4 loos on the ground floor.

Staircase 4

• Bedroom 13: Double bedroom with ensuite shower room,

• Bedroom 14: Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with bath with shower over).  A small bunk bed can be added to this room at extra cost if required.

Staircase 5

• Bedroom 15: Double bedroom with ensuite shower room,

• Bedroom 16: Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with bath with shower over).  A small bunk bed can be added to this room at additional cost if required.

Outside, Duvale Barn sits in large beautiful gardens, complete with an inviting warm bubbly hot tub (The hot tub is available from 11am to 10pm on specific days), ample sociable seating and a BBQ for alfresco dining with friends and family.
