As soon as you make your way through the grand hallway of Routhorpe, you’ll find yourself in the welcoming living area, with its array of spaces to sit and relax. The 50” smart TV will provide the dream setting for a film night, and the stylish feature fireplace offers a lovely addition to this cosy room. Curl up on plush sofas and armchairs as you enjoy a family evening together. Or, for additional seating, head into the kitchen and sitting area, which offers a vast array of seating where you can enjoy a homecooked meal up at the dining table. There’s space for everyone to enjoy yummy food and a bottle of wine from the wine cooler.
 

The kitchen offers everything you could need to whip up a nostalgic family favourite to serve up, including an electric range oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher wine cooler, and even a coffee maker for that morning brew. There are plenty of other appliances to make your life easy too, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer, so you’ll have all you could need. Whether you’re making a spot of breakfast to be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or a grand meal for the dining table, Routhrope House has it all! (Don’t worry if you don’t feel up to cooking – there are plenty of stunning options for a meal out in the surrounding areas, and you can even pre-book an in-house chef for a five-star experience from the comfort of your home from home!)

The five bedrooms are displayed across two floors, with arrangements perfect for everyone. 

• There is a super-king-sized room with a convenient zip-and-link bed and an en-suite shower room, 

• A bedroom with a king-size bed.

Both of the ground floor bedrooms have a TV, so you can relax amongst sumptuous bedding while you enjoy your favourite show. 

• There are two king-sized rooms, boasting the added luxury of a smart TV and en-suite shower rooms, 

• A zip-and-link twin room (can be made up as a super-king bedroom on request). This bedroom has close access to a gorgeous bathroom with a lavish roll-top bath, walk-in shower, double basin, heated towel rail and WC.

You can enjoy the wonders of the natural world right from your doorstep during a stay at Routhrope, which welcomes you out into the stunning garden.
