This cottage can sleep up to fourteen people, possessing six bedrooms comprising three twins, two doubles (one with an ensuite) and a family room (also with an ensuite) and a family bathroom. The remainder of the cottage consists of a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a dining room leading to a snug, a sun room, a sitting room with a welcoming woodburning stove and a downstairs shower. The space continues outdoors with a games room and a large enclosed garden including a patio, a decked area, outdoor furniture and a BBQ. There is off-road parking for up to five cars and a covered bike store.This self catering cottage has full oil central heating from Rayburn, additional heating from woodburner. Electric double oven & hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with Sky, DVD, stereo/CD, iPod dock, books/games/DVDs. Fuel, power & starter pack for woodburner included in the rent. Bed linen & towels included in the rent. Cot & highchair on request. Large enclosed mature garden with patio, furniture & barbecue, shared use of grassed paddock. Games area with small pool table & table tennis. Covered bike storage.
