On the ground floor is the open plan living area, complete with stylish well-equipped kitchen with built in Sonos System, two fridges, chiller, electric hobs and ovens plus dining area and comfy seating area with gas fireplace. There is a separate small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Also on the ground floor is one downstairs bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite wet room, ideal for people who find stairs difficult.
For quiet relaxation there is a separate snug room.
Upstairs there are 4 en-suite bedrooms (3 with en-suite shower rooms and 1 with an en-suite bathroom), each bedroom features a TV. These bedrooms are laid out as follows:
• Three of the bedrooms have super king size beds.
• One bedroom has a double bed.
Hill View House is set behind electric gates and has parking space available for at least 5 cars on the private driveway.
To the rear of the property is a lawned garden complete with outdoor furniture for dining alfresco.
