This lovely collection of cottages has just been awarded "Select Lincolnshire" for best Self Catering Holiday Cottages in Lincolnshire 2015.

The Grade II listed Stables is beautifully furnished and features original features and exposed wooden beams, making this a great place to relax and enjoy spending quality time with friends or family. The spacious open plan style lounge/diner and kitchen features a seating area with comfy leather seats and warming woodburner and a well-equipped high quality kitchen. The three spacious bedrooms can be made up as either super king-size or as twin bedrooms, as per your requirements (just let us know when booking). One of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a wet room with shower.

This property benefits from WiFi internet access and underfloor heating. This property has level access for guests with mobility problems and there is a large level carpark at Elms Farm Cottages. There is a small threshold step into the property.

Outdoors there is a patio area with garden furniture.

Just a short walk away is a charming village pub and a riverside walk can be accessed just opposite. The local golf course is also within walking distance.  With a golf course next door and 4 other fantastic golf courses within a 12 mile drive, this is a great place to stay. Also nearby is the RSPB Frampton Marsh, Freiston Shore and Gibralter Point. Nearby Horncastle is an excellent place to shop for antiques and for more antique hunting Hemswell antique centre is a good place for a day out. The marvellous historical city of Lincoln with its fine Cathedral and Castle is only around 30 miles away. Other places popular to visit, particularly for aviation enthusiasts are the Battle of Britain Memorial visitor centre at Coningsby only 8 miles away plus the East Lirkby aviation museum. Stables Cottage is located within the beautiful Lincolnshire Fens. For more stunning countryside, the Lincolnshire Wolds are around 30 minutes drive away.

A welcome pack of local produce is provided for visitors staying for a week or more.
