The Property: About Old Forge Romantic Cottage, Bronte Country

Situated in the centre of Haworth, in the heart of Bronte Country is this charming stone built terraced property which has been lovingly restored and beautifully decorated. With one bedroom this is an ideal romantic retreat but can accommodate up to 4. This could be a great base for loved up literary fans to discover some of the highlights of Bronte Country in Yorkshire.

The charm and styling of this holiday cottage lends itself to romantic breaks with quality furnishings and fittings making this a very comfortable place to stay. Original beams, exposed stone work and a woodburning stove are just a few of the features that help add to the romantic atmosphere. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and comprises of a cosy lounge with woodburning stove and double sofa bed, a kitchen with dining area, family bathroom with bath and separate shower and a lovely double bedroom. This property also benefits from WiFi internet access.

Although this property doesn’t have a garden, there is a small balcony area to the front of the property at the top of the external staircase where guests can sit out and enjoy the setting.

This is a fantastically placed holiday cottage for those keen to discover the attractions of Bronte County as this property lies within the heart of Haworth. Visit Skipton with its fascinating castle on days out or the impressive spa town of Harrogate further afield.
