Unwind in the inviting sitting room featuring a stone fireplace with an electric flame effect fire, creating a cozy atmosphere. The four bright and cozy bedrooms with sloping ceilings offer a tranquil retreat. Guests can enjoy two bathrooms, including a convenient ground floor shower room. Outside, a delightful lawned area with furniture awaits, along with fishing rights for the River Esk, obtainable from the owner with a valid fishing license. Please note that bookings require a minimum stay of 3 nights. Please be aware of potential daytime noise disruption due to nearby building works. Experience a countryside getaway at this idyllic property.
