This vast property offers ample space with its nine bedrooms and can sleep up to 19 guests. Eight of the bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities making this a great residence for large groups looking for a relaxing holiday in the Cairngorms. Recline on the sofas in the conservatory whilst admiring the picturesque scenery surrounding the property, a great social spot or hideaway when you want some alone time with a good book. The fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar is connected to a large dining room which can seat 20, a perfect place where your group of friends or family can gather altogether in the evening after a day of activities. There’s also a formal sitting room that boasts Victorian high ceilings and a warming fireplace, as well as a second sitting room.

Each of the 9 bedrooms has its own TV and are laid out as follows:

•    3 double bedrooms (2 of which are on the ground floor)
•    2 twin bedrooms
•    1 single bedroom
•    2 family bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed.

On days out, the awe-inspiring scenery of the Cairngorms beckons.  The Cairngorms National Park has plenty of activities for the whole family whether it’s taking tours around a whisky distillery, visiting the Landmark Forest Adventure Park for tree top adventures for the kids or visiting the nearby town of Aviemore. There are also opportunities for mountain biking, climbing the Munros (only 30 mins from the property) or even skiing in season, making this property a great base for a fun filled adventure.
