For a large group holiday in Highland Perthshire with friends or family, Holly House could be the perfect choice, and sleeps up to 9 guests in total.  Pet-friendly, up to 2 well behaved pet pooches are welcome.

This homely and spacious farmhouse-style has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, boasts beautiful rural views and lies nestled in the Perthshire countryside, around 14 miles from Glenshee; one of Scotland’s best known ski resorts, and the Cairngorms National Park.

On the Ground Floor:

• Large living room with ample comfy sofas, warming woodburner, TV, and dining area,

• Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.  The kitchen features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for easy self-catering.

• Utility room, 

• Ground floor level access wet room with shower.

On the First Floor:

• The master double bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room,

• Twin bedroom,

• A double bedroom,

• A bedroom with adult bunk beds and one single bed,

• Modern family bathroom with a bath over shower, basin and WC. 

Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels.

Outside, the property sits within a large enclosed garden, from which you can enjoy country views.  

Guests staying here enjoy shared use of a games barn with a pool table and table tennis (these facilities are shared with the neighbouring property; 982620).

There is ample parking available too.

There is an electric vehicle charging point at this property. guests should notify the owner if charging facilities are required.
