 There is an additional double bed-settee although the cottage would be cramped with more than two adult guests. 

The kitchen is simple with an electric hob, fridge and microwave. The toilet and shower room is downstairs. Electric heating is provided at no additional charge. No smoking is allowed inside this property.

 There are two pubs serving good food and real ale within walking distance and a village supermarket.

Mabels Oak is a lovely 200 year old 3 double bedroomed cottage is located in a secluded spot, down a steep narrow lane overlooking a little green valley in which sheep are usually grazing. 2 minutes walk from the centre of the charming Cotswold town of Tetbury with its many individual shops, tearooms, pubs, restaurants and superb cheese shop and butchers.
