Inside the spacious living areas make this an ideal venue for a special occasion or celebration with a large groups of family or friends.  There is plenty of space for groups to get together, as well as enjoy quieter moments apart if they choose.  The huge lounge features ample large sofas, a big flat screen TV, as well as an impressive wrap around balcony.  The spacious modern fitted kitchen makes for easy self-catering and is complemented by two roomy dining areas (one seats 10 and the other seats 6).  For quiet moments, the snug with its warming wood burner is a real added bonus and there is also a conservatory where guests can soak up the sun and enjoy lovely tranquil garden views,
 

7 Bedrooms and Room for up to 17 People

With seven bedrooms (two with en-suite facilities) and two family bathrooms, there is plenty of space available here to make sure all guests are relaxed and comfortable. The bedrooms are arranged over 3 floors and there is one family bedroom with a double bed and single bed, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and two family bedrooms (each with a zip and link king-size bed and one single bed).

Outside there are large gated enclosed gardens, including ample space for the children to play out.

For relaxation and your enjoyment, there is a warm bubbly outdoor hot tub, as well as a fully undercover swimming pool for you and your family or friends to enjoy at your leisure.  Enjoying a swim is a great way to start off your morning and to unwind in the evening- have a splash about with the kids or just enjoy floating about in peace.

Explore the Brecon Beacons on Days Out

This large holiday property is near plenty of great walking and cycling routes, some of which are found just beyond the back of the garden area and are easily accessible. The village of Govilon and the market town of Abergavenny are both found nearby in the valley of the Usk River. For exploration, you can visit the nearby Black Mountains or Skirrid Mountains, or you can venture into the Brecon Beacons where you will find a host of activities await. Food wise, there is a choice of Michelin Starred restaurants and rural inns within reach. If you have a car or are willing to travel further afield, Cardiff is an hour’s drive away and the Wye Valley (located by the Royal Forest of Dean) is also within driving distance.
