Located on a working beef farm, along with one other holiday cottage, a stay here could appeal to those looking for a rural farm stay holiday in Wales. Located just over a mile from Llanmorlais, this could be a great place to stay and from which to discover some of the best sights that the Gower Peninsula has to offer. The accommodation at this barn conversion is all arranged on the ground floor and comprises an open plan living area with seating, dining area and kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a shower room with WC. The kitchen has a microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge and washer/dryer. For keeping entertained whilst relaxing at this holiday cottage there is Freeview TV, a DVD player and a CD/radio player along with a collection of games, books and DVDs for you to use during your stay. A cot and high chair are available upon request. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement but must be kept on a lead when outside the property. This cottage is non smoking and reached via an uneven farm track. Parking is available for 2 cars. This is a beautiful part of Wales and the farm benefits from some fabulous countryside views.
