Situated on a small development of five holiday homes which are set around a courtyard in the village of Newby in the Eden Valley, this 4 bedroom holiday cottage can accommodate up to 6 in comfortable homely accommodation. 

The spacious lounge with its comfy seating and TV is a great place to relax and there is a second sitting room for quiet time reading books, plus a well-presented kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and dining area.  There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.  There are four bedrooms; one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bath (plus shower over) and WC, one twin bedroom and two single bedrooms.   On the ground floor there is a loo and on the first floor there is a family bathroom with bath (shower over) and WC.

Outside to the front of the property there is a patio area with garden furniture where you can enjoy sitting out.  Parking is available for up to 2 cars.

For days out, the stunning scenery of the Lake District National Park is within half an hour's drive, as is the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  Slightly further afield around 40 minute's drive away is the inspirational landscape of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
