The small and picturesque seaside village of Lee Bay can be found on the north Devon coastline and is home to an abundance of English country cottages and log cabin holidays available to rent for a fun and relaxing break. Set in the Fuchsia Valley, Lee Bay is home to a cosy pub, church, village shop and craft store and of course, a fantastic beach. The large shingle beach at Lee Bay can be reached by a National Trust-preserved path and is one of the highlights to this lovely settlement. Walkers and cyclists should definitely take a trek along the Tarka Trail which is a series of paths from Ilfracombe to Plymouth. The trail goes along the South West Coast Path and passes through the village, and sometimes goes through old railway lines as well as incredible scenery, making it a must-see for those who love to keep fit and soak up the local area when on holiday.
