This idyllic country location could be ideal for a relaxing rural retreat break with friends or family. Sleeping a large group of up to 36, the holiday cottages and Eco-Lodge Tree Houses are perfect for group celebrations and special occasions. Set within the estate's 12 acres in the stunning Sussex countryside, the views around are astounding and there are plenty of things to see and do without even leaving the estate! WiFi is available throughout.
Archery, falconry, cycle hire and a private chef are available on-site. We also have an extensive collection of OS maps, DVDs and board games which you are welcome to make use of, and a photographer who can document your special break should you wish!

All of the farm and Eco-Lodge properties are private and secluded
Grade II Listed Farmhouse - sleeps up to 12 people.
The Barn and the Cow Shed together sleep 6-7 and a cot. Both feature exposed beams in the vaulted living and dining areas, and the double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. They have a private courtyard area outside.
Stable Cottage sleeps between 2 and 4 plus cot in one double bedroom, and a luxury sofa bed in the lounge. The courtyard is a beautiful place to relax on a warm evening.
The Grain Store is a stunning property, which sleeps 2-4 (+cot). The bathroom is absolutely stunning, with a roll top bath, limestone floor, exposed timbers, spot lighting and a heated towel rail.
The two Eco-Lodge treehouses epitomise stylish studio living; beautifully furnished and with a lovely modern fitted kitchen. The balcony areas offer unbeatable views across the sublime Sussex countryside.
The two Shepherd's Huts complete the accommodation.
