With views out over the paddock and out to the Wye Valley in the distance, this is a great place to wake up to country views every day on holiday. For active holidaymakers, this is a superb area to visit; with good walks, canoeing and paddle boarding all possible close by.

Good character property in a quiet, peaceful setting. Very well positioned for Hay-on-Wye and Hereford, being mid-way between the two. High quality interior. All en-suite accommodation with quality fittings. Spacious layout of kitchen/dining/lounge area. Plenty of space outside including well maintained cottage garden. Plenty of parking space. Very comfortable beds and pillows, gorgeous bed linen. Very comfortable settees in lounge area. Well insulated - cosily warm on cold days.
