Rural Retreat Group Accommodation, Sleeps up to 22 people in Rural Leicestershire 

Looking for accommodation for a large group of friends and family?  Whether for a party, a family gathering, a corporate event or a reunion, the Farm Collection is ideal for lots of guests to enjoy, with plenty of space for a party or larger gathering. A combination of three charming interconnecting cottages; The Farm Collection set in rural Leicestershire, could be the perfect space for your next break away, with a selection of wonderfully designed interiors and pretty spaces. 

Escape to the country to celebrate and enjoy good times together, less than 2 miles from the motorway.  In total, the Farm Collection has 7 bedrooms and 2 family suites; all with ensuite facilities! There are 3 sitting rooms (so plenty of space for socialising and quiet moments with a book) and a large dining room to seat you all with ease.  There is also a large Function room with a big farmhouse kitchen with 2 range cookers, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, American fridge freeze plus extra fridge space, equipped to cater for 30, making for easy self-catering and ideally equipped for those big parties and special celebrations!

If you don’t want to cook, we can recommend local caterers – so it’s really the perfect space to have a relaxing retreat away! 

We have unlimited parking, and around 2 miles of private roads for enjoying peaceful country walks.  If you need to accommodate a larger party, there are also additional cottages at Upper Rectory Farm Cottages.

The Granary, the hayloft and the barn that make up the Farm Collection, are all lovely properties that work together to welcome you into a lavish break away. There are several lovely areas to relax – The Hayloft’s living room is a great place to relax and unwind, with an array of cosy sofas and wood beamed ceilings. It makes for the perfect space to curl up in for a well-needed film night! There are several other charming arrangements, such as the lovely patio outside The Granary and The Hayloft for a sunny day or the smaller wooden dining table in the Barn. For seating everyone, guests booking the Farm Collection enjoy exclusive access to our refectory function room with space for up to 24 and its own separate kitchen, ideal for partying the night away!. 

If there’s an aspiring chef amongst you, then there’s plenty of space to showcase your skills and cook for everyone – the granary, the hayloft and the barn all have their own thoughtfully designed kitchen spaces, providing the Farm Collection with plenty of room to enjoy a homecooked meal or cooking up something new. If you’re cooking for everyone, then the separate kitchen attached to the central dining room is ideal. All the kitchens have an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and plenty of equipment, crockery and glassware.

When you’re finally ready to head off to bed, you’ll be spoilt for choice for different bedrooms! There are a variety of different arrangements, from the double rooms in the Barn and the charming Granary to the family suite in The Hayloft. Choose between twin rooms and more, and with a sleeping capacity of up to 22 there’s plenty of versatility to be found. All the rooms also come with ensuites with a toilet, washbasin, shower / bath with an overhead shower and shaver point. It’s ideal for any gathering!

Explore the Scenic Surroundings of The National Forest and Leicestershire  

Leicestershire is a great place for a group holiday, where you’ll be surrounded by all kinds of fantastic opportunities and places to explore. Enjoy a meal out at a luxury restaurant; Softleys in Market Bosworth is a lovely choice! Enjoy discovering the independent shops and historical attractions of nearby Ashby-de-la-Zouch.  On a sunny day, have a walk or a cycle around some of the stunning natural areas you’re surrounded by. Ashby Canal is an idyllic spot, and The National Forest has an array of lovely trails to explore. For a day out with the whole family, then Drayton Manor, The National Space Centre and Twycross Zoo are all worth a visit. Or, you can even try something new; field spot UK offer bushcraft and archery sessions and you can even windsurf at the Bosworth water park. You should be in for a dream holiday!
