• Open plan living area with comfy soft leather sofas, TV and warming woodburner, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. This room has lovely garden views and double doors open out to the gardens where you will find the inviting bubbly hot tub.
• Romantic bedroom with a king-size bed with TV and en-suite shower room.
• Twin bedroom. There is a shower room with basin and WC next door to this bedroom.
Outdoors is a patio area where you can sit out and enjoy the location overlooking the grass paddock and even dine alfresco in good weather. There is also a shared courtyard garden and BBQ area too for those lazy summer days.

Close to RSPB sites at Frampton Marsh, Frieston Shore and Gibralter point. Family attractions close by to visit for days out include Lincolnshire Wildlife Park, Tattershall Castle, St Botolphs Church (Boston) Lincoln Castle and Cathedral.
