There is also a patio area along with garden furniture where you can sit out in sunny weather.The town of Rothbury is just 3 miles away where you will find a choice of shops, country pubs and tea rooms. Also close by is the National Trust’s Cragside, with its woodland walks and excellent café.  Further afield discover Alnwick and its magnificent castle and further afield the Northumbria coastline with an assortment of different castles dotted along the coast.
