Worcester is the capital city of Worcestershire. It boasts a magnificent Cathedral which dates from the Norman times. It is also the Birthplace of Elgar and in Lower Broadheath there is a museum devoted to his work. The city also has a City Art Gallery and Museum to visit. There is a 90 minute historical walk which takes place at 6pm daily from outside the Guild Hall.
