For a day out, travel to Clifton upon Teme, a pretty Anglo-Saxon settlement with an array of history to explore from ancient churches to traditional pubs. Or, head off to Worcester, which boasts plenty to do as a thriving city with a bustling shopping centre, trendy bars and plenty of highly rated restaurants. The Malvern Hills and Shelsley Walsh Hill are both nearby for any nature lovers out there; Shelsley is known for the oldest motorsport venue still going in the world, and the Malvern Hills are a stunning area of outstanding national beauty.
