Days out by the seaside on the Lincolnshire coast are easily possible. The beaches of Skegness, Mablethorpe, Chapel St Leonards offer pleasant family days out. Spalding in Lincolnshire is a well known agricultural and bulb growing area with an annual flower festival. You may just pass through it on your way to the beach. It's always interesting to see the acres of cabbage and forever remember where many of our vegetables come from.
