This self-catering property is an annexe attached to the owner's house near Kingussie in Scotland. Located within the Cairngorms National Park, this is a fine part of Scotland with a rugged unspoilt beauty and excellent wildlife watching opportunities.


Property Ideal for Couples but sleeps up to 4 People

There is one bedroom, making this an ideal property for two people, but up to 4 can be accommodated with use of the double sofa bed in the lounge.

Decorated in a contemporary style, the accommodation comprises an open plan living area with lounge area and woodburning stove, kitchen and dining area, one double bedroom and a shower room with WC. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The cottage also benefits from TV with Freeview, a DVD player and a selection of books, DVDs and games. WiFi internet access is available.

Outside at the rear of the property there is a small patio area with garden furniture. Parking is available for 2 cars.

There is plenty to see and do in this part of Scotland. In season, why not try a bit of skiing near Aviemore or alternatively you may enjoy walking, hiking or wildlife watching.
