This stunning luxury holiday lodge is truly a wow factor holiday home. With a superb lakeside setting, only around 15 metres from the lake, this property features spectacular lake views. Set behind gates, this lodge enjoys its own private and secluded area on the Lochend estate, making this a perfect place to enjoy privacy and seclusion on holiday with your nearest and dearest. With 3 ensuite bedrooms, the property sleeps up to 6 guests in style and comfort.

Inside this 3 Ensuite Bedroom Lakeside Holiday Lodge by Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park

Inside this property features nature themes, along with a bright, light and airy interior, making it a superb place to relax and unwind. Appreciate those luxury touches like Egyptian cotton bed linen and the Nespresso machine in the kitchen.

At the front of the lodge, floor to ceiling windows maximise on the spectacular views, and on the feeling of bringing the outside in.

On the Ground Floor:

• A spacious open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows make the most of the stunning lakeside setting. There is a comfy l-shaped sofa for 6, and a smart Samsung TV. The dining area features the most magnificent loch views.

• The dining area is the perfect place to sit and soak up the magnificent views. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, washer dryer, and ‘Quooker’ hot tap so no need for a kettle! There’s even a Nespresso machine!

• The kitchen features a mirrored splash back so you always have a lovely view of the lake and Ben Lomond, even when cooking.

Ground Floor Bedrooms:

• A beautiful accessible bedroom with zip and link beds (can be made up as a double or as a twin),

First Floor:

• Spacious luxurious bedroom with a king-size bed and stunning lake views. This room features a sofa, table and chairs and plenty of space. The ensuite features a large bath, WC, basin and steam room/shower.

Stunning Lakeside Setting

Outside the lodge has its own idyllic secluded grassy area next to the burn with a hot tub, BBQ and fire pit for truly making the most of sociable alfresco living in summer time.

If you enjoy privacy, seclusion and luxury then this is a superb holiday home for you, as the lodge is set in a completely private area, and a fence with a gate disconnects it from the rest of the estate. There is parking space for atleast 4 cars.

The Lochend Estate centres around the Lake of Menteith, and is a fabulous place to enjoy a variety of outdoor pursuits including walking, cycling, fishing and boating. Fish from boats for trout, take a boat out on the lake for fun, splash around on a paddle board or enjoy walking and cycling, there is so much to see and do on site. There is even a full-size tennis court, and a games room with table tennis, pool table, air-hockey table and table football for guests at the Lochend Estate to enjoy, so whatever the weather, there is plenty to do.

If you are keen to explore the local area, Lochend lies just on the edge of the stunning scenery of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, where there are more opportunities to enjoy various outdoor activities, visit Loch Lomond, castles, distilleries, quaint villages and more.
