If you are planning for a cottage holiday in Bridgend, you may wish to think about some of the alternative amenities that are available with holiday lettings. Additional holiday amenities could be a spa, free use of bicycles, soft play area for the children or a hot tub.

Sensible precautions should be taken with hot tub use. They are not suited to people with severe medical conditions and alcohol and hot tubs do not mix.

Indulging in the soothing warm water of a hot tub is pleasurable for most and beats meeting people down at the local pub because it reduces inhibitions. It is easy to see why people would like to bubble away in an outdoor hot tub, sip wine and chat with friends. Most of us have happily climbed into a hot tub or Jacuzzi at the local swimming pool without a thought about hygiene or safety.

However, we are considering a hot tub that cannot hold more than about 8 people at most and the weather of Bridgend is not that suitable for spending hours in a swim suit indoors or out. The bubbling and activity is timed for a periodand then it is a quick sprint into your holiday rental unless the weather is very warm.

Most of us know not to expect wall to wall sunshine in Bridgend. it is wise to be prepared for all seasons.
