Book a rural retreat break at this 2 bedroom country cottage, and enjoy a break hidden away by woodlands, just four miles from Newcastle Emlyn in Ceredigion.   All of the family can enjoy a holiday here and being pet-friendly you can bring your four-legged friend too.   

Inside the interior of this dog-friendly cottage is homely and welcoming with a lounge with comfy sofas, TV and woodburning stove creating a cosy atmosphere.  This room also houses a dining table.  The kitchen with its oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine makes for easy self-catering and there is also a utility room.  There are two comfortable bedrooms; one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, plus two bathrooms; one bathroom with bath (with shower over) and WC and a shower room with shower and WC.

Outside there are some magical gardens; to the rear of the house there is a lawned garden reached by steep stone steps where you can enjoy the woodland setting and look over the nearby stream. This spot is perfect for relaxing and listening to the stream flowing by.  Any children must be supervised as there is a steep drop at the edge. 

Parking is available for one car.

Although in a tranquil location nestled by greenery, the local pub is just 5 minutes' walk away.  For trips out, the appealing town of Newcastle Emlyn is just a short drive away and with a riverside location, colourful buildings, cafes and shops is a great place to visit.  There are also interesting castle ruins close to this town.  Head out a little farther and within half an hour's drive you can be by the Ceredigion coast, discovering attractive seaside towns such as Aberporth as well as the stunning scenery and beaches of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
