Looking for a 3 bedroom holiday house for a break in coastal Ceredigion with 6 or 8 friends or family?  If so a stay in this appealing cottage in the coastal village of Llanrhystud with its 3 bedrooms could be just what you've been looking for.

Beautifully presented, this 3 bedroom holiday cottage is a great place to relax and spend quality time.  The lounge is lovely with exposed wooden beams, comfy sofas and a warming woodburner and there is a stylish kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.  This property also has a dining room where you can all dine altogether.  There are three comfortable bedrooms; two double bedrooms and one family bedroom with 2 adult bunk beds.  There is a family bathroom with indulgent Jacuzzi bath, separate shower and WC on the ground floor and a shower room with shower and WC on the first floor.

Outside to the rear of the property there is an enclosed garden with garden furniture where you can sit out and enjoy dining al fresco.  There is also a sand pit.

The local shop and pub is just a few minute's walk away and the coastal path is also within easy reach so you can enjoy walks by the seaside not too far away.  Enjoy days out discovering some of the best of the Ceredigion coastline; visit the beaches at Aberaeron, beautiful Penbryn beach and stunning Mwnt Beach with its golden sands.
