Tenby lies on the coast at the south end of the A478 in Pembrokeshire. A popular seaside resort, with a picturesque and historic 13th century harbour, it has much to offer visitors. Larger than many of the other seaside towns in Pembrokeshire it offers a greater number of amusements and things to do. It has a Blue Flag award-winning beach for family fun on the sands. There are boat trips, including ones to the nearby island of Caldey with its ancient monastery. Tenby itself was originally a walled town and has much of interest to history buffs.
