Hedgehog Lodge

Hedgehog Lodge is a charming holiday home, sleeping four people in modern comfortable surroundings. Four steps lead up to the lodge and then once inside, the accommodation is all on one level.  Hedgehog Lodge has all that you could need for your holiday, including luxuries like the front and side veranda, complete with furniture to lounge on and decking.
 

There are excellent leisure facilities on offer at this lodge park including an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym and a steam room.  There is also a restaurant and bar on site.

Step into the stylish living space of Hedgehog Lodge, perfectly designed to offer a relaxing retreat for all. It’s an open-plan arrangement, so really makes the most of its space, and offers a sociable arrangement where everyone can relax together. Curl up on one of the snuggly sofas as you watch the smart TV, complete with a DVD player for the perfect film night together. Or, gather around the dining table with room for four and enjoy a meal together, sunlight streaming through the window. Wherever you’re sitting, you’ll be kept warm by the cosy wood burner, a perfect addition to the lodge!

The kitchen is well-equipped, offering all you need to whip up a family-favourite meal – all you need to do is take a pleasant trip down to the local, quaint shops! The kitchen has a gas oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and even a slow cooker, so you’ll be able to make your dream meal together. You might want to enjoy your meal outside, from the decking, basking under blue skies.
 

Before heading to bed, stop off in the lovely shower room, with a refreshing walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, so you can cool off and unwind after an exciting day of making memories before you head off to one of the two lovely bedrooms.

Hedgehog Lodge could be the perfect location for your next break to the countryside close to the Lake District (the National Park is around half an hour’s drive away). 

There’s plenty to do directly on-site while you spend your holiday at South Lakeland Leisure Village.  Enjoy a relaxing swim at the pool, work out in the gym or rejuvenate in the steam room, the choice is yours.  If you don’t fancy cooking at your lodge, splash out and dine at the Waters Edge restaurant and bar. 

You can even have a go at some fishing on-site if that’s more your thing. Further out, explore the breathtaking walks offered by the Lake District, or take a look around the charming town of Carnforth or Kirkby Lonsdale. There’s plenty to do in and around Hedgehog Lodge, from long trails through nature to visiting historic towns and properties – it could be the perfect base for your next holiday!
