There is a wide patio to the front of each lodge furnished with a garden table and chairs so you can sit out and make the most of the tranquil setting.  The patio is a delightful place to sit and chat over a drink in the evenings or just relax with a book.

Inside the lodge, the walls and ceilings are lined with pine, creating a homely warm atmosphere. The living area is open plan and includes a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a seating area with sofas and coffee table. The lodge is heated by electric central heating and kitchen appliances such as the oven and hob are also all electric. There is a microwave, fridge, dishwasher a washing machine. All cutlery and crockery and glassware are supplied.

A television and DVD player in the living room offer something to watch in the evenings if you do not plan to go out.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, plus a wash hand basin and a WC.

Please note that the property is in woodland and is not connected to Wi-Fi. Some of the desirable facilities on this site include a pampering spa, a restaurant and an 18-hole golf course. These incur an additional charge.

Although tucked away in the woods, the nearest shop and pub are under half a mile away. A car is essential to get the most out of a holiday in this location. The Lincolnshire Wolds are attractive to visit, there are plenty of suitable roads for cycling and opportunities for fly fishing and coarse fishing at various lakes. This area is famous for its golf courses and golfers come from miles around to enjoy a golfing break.

The historic town of Lough is a pleasure to explore, enjoy the antique shops, quaint tea shops, restaurants and oldie worldie pubs.

Kenwick Woods are a short drive away from the coast where several famous seaside resorts are to be found, such as Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea, and Chapel St. Leonards. Anyone staying here could have a very interesting holiday that includes countryside, antique shopping, cycling, pony trekking, watersports and days on the beach.
