This luxurious cottage is located in Embleton, a village on the coast of Northumberland. Sleeping up to 12 people in 6 spacious bedrooms, the cottage is a great place to host a family reunion or a birthday celebration. With amazing views of both Embleton Bay and Dunstanburgh Castle, you will not get bored of waking up and looking out the window of this fantastic cottage.

Designer fixtures and fittings throughout the cottage make this a truly special place to stay and the huge living room is a particular highlight, as it is where you will find the herringbone fireplace and where you will be able to view both the sea and the rustic countryside. Next to the sitting room is a Victorian hallway, which leads to the open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has every tool that a budding chef would need while the dining area is the perfect place to gather around and enjoy a fantastic home-cooked meal together. The cottage also contains an addition sitting room on the first floor complete with wood burner and cosy sofas and a doorway from this room leads out on to something truly special: A Grade II listed 18th century watch tower where you can stand and watch the sea in complete peace. When the weather is nice you can also relax on the decking area outside and breathe in the clean, country air.

Staying in this wonderful cottage is a great base for those who want to visit the enchanting Northumberland Heritage Coastline. Go walking along the coast and be sure to visit at least one of the castles that can be seen from the windows of the cottage. They may look amazing from far away but they look even more spectacular close up. There is also a golf course just a short drive from the cottage so you will not be short of options while staying in this wonderful part of the country.
