Find a holiday rental close to Hall Leys Park in Matlock. There are numerous benefits of staying in Matlock when renting a holiday home and apart from the excellent local facilities of shops, restaurants and leisure centre, the colourful planting and greenery of the town park and its associated recreational areas for adults and children is a welcome bonus.

Even if you have been out for the day, it can be useful to allow the children to run off some steam at the playground in Hall Leys Park, go boating or have a family game of cricket. The park is so much better than a big back garden which is restrictive where children and ball games are concerned – no one wants bills for broken windows. Most of the town houses stand close to each other and may have compact back gardens with seating so it’s good to be able to go out to a local park.
