Stay beside the sea on the Dorset coast in a contemporary pine lodge or chalet that is specifically designed for self-catered holidays. The property offers all ground floor accommodation and is surrounded by decking where a picnic table stand. Allocated parking is beside the chalet.

Enter the chalet to find a large open plan living area which has a couple of sofas and a coffee table in front of the television, a dining table with chairs, and a fitted kitchen. The property is all electric which includes the heating and cooker. The kitchen contains a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and items for cleaning.

There are two bedrooms, one of which has a super king bed, this bed can be converted to two twin beds if preferred, the second bedroom is a double. Both bedrooms share an attractive modern shower room which has a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. The property benefits from Wi-Fi.
 
This chalet is one of several in a holiday park on the Dorset coast in the village of Epye. Shops and a pub are under a mile away. The location is excellent for a beach holiday, for walking the coastal path and exploring lovely Dorset villages. Eype Beach sits halfway between Seatown and West Bay and the start of Chesil Beach. The countryside around is part of the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Visit Abbotsbury Swannery, the seaside towns of Weymouth and Lyme Regis with their various tourist attractions.

Beach holidays could be the order of the day if you come to stay at this property. It would suit families with young children or anyone who would like to explore the Dorset coast. Sorry, no dogs permitted.
